Dr. Marks Organic makes artisan small-batch specialty seasonal Jams, Jellies, Preserves, lacto-fermented vegetables, sauerkraut and   lacto-fermented hot sauces!

All of our products are 100 percent Organic and non-GMO. We use no chemicals, preservatives, additives or coloring. We use the time-tested methods of water bath canning, pressure canning, and the ancient methods of lacto-fermentation.

We use only fruits and vegetables that are in season assuring you receive the freshest and tastiest products.

We do not use plastic or aluminum utensils and pots. We use only stainless steel, or old-fashioned wood, for all of our processes and we only use specialty crocks for our lacto-fermented products.

All of our equipment is segregated from our normal kitchenware and our Ph equipment and thermometers are all calibrated on a regular basis. This assures you will receive the finest and safest products available in the market today.

Our kitchen borders on a commercial kitchen with it’s 10 burner stove and over 1600 sq feet of island workspace broken up into three separate islands. This gives us plenty of segregated space for our small bath processes.
